Exclamation Bestow your wise tune minds onto me...please!!!

Hey all, i just recently purchased a 03 OZ. Its my 1st mitsu and I wanna get going on makin her move so i'm askin for some advise from those of you who allready know what needs to be done. Now i'm not runnin on an unlimited budget but takin things step by step is cool. Gotta few questions. CAI or Short Ram Intake? Lowering springs with stock shocks? Bad idea or not? Cat-back, worth the money? or remove 1 cat, put a test pipe in and throw on a apexi N1 muffler? Thats about it,any other input would be fantastic. Now i know shes not an evo and thats not what i wanna make her but my 93 integra would've wasted her right now so I'm more concerned about takin out any hondas cuz holy crap i've seen enough flakes drivin around in ricer civics with altezza's lookin all hard at me. Anyway, thanks guys, good to be here.

AEM Cold Air Kit....Tein or Eibach Springs...then buy the Ralliart shocks when they come out.

Can't go wrong with a Greddy Evo Cat-back. Most other companies only make Axel Backs.

Testpipes are wicked...

Can't go wrong with upgrading the Wheels to 17"

Short Shift Kit from B&M!!!!

Sparco Shift Knob and CF Brake Pads are dirty....especially if you have a Yellow Evo with black interior.

I'd suggest a grill replacement, but so far they are either over-priced or have fitament issues.

automatic tranny gets a SRI intake, unless you want to bend the piping around the transmission for the CAI to fit, then just do SRI. www.roadracemotorsports.com makes one and so does www.rmrproducts.com

i'd go with greddy cat back exhaust and if u hgot money to spend then purchase a header too. good luck

the difference between the CAI and the SRI aren't that great anyways... you won't be disappointed with it.. rmr has a SRI, and there's some people tryin to get a group buy check it out

Sounds like you have a pretty good idea of what you need already, now just prioratize. My buddy just got his prototype typhoon intake for his 00' eclipse which yielded a 12 HP increase on dyno as apposed to the CAI of 7hp, something to think about there, now i bout flowmaster custom catback "old school" but i like the deep echo sound it gives me and love the performace i got, you wont go wrong with greddy , das some good chit. Good luck

short ram for lower torque, cold air for high horsepower.
try AEM for Coldair and I hear weapon-r's dragon intake performs well. Definitly greddy evo catback, skunk 2 coilovers, enkei / volk / oz rims, and thats all that really matters unless you want a carbon wing.
