Any similar lancers?

Hi..here are my car model number and info

1) Yr 2000 Lancer MX 1.5 DOHC
2) Chassis CK2A
3) Engine 4G15

I was wondering if any mitsubishi models over here uses the same engine code as mine. I m having trouble finding parts for my car online. They are mostly for eclipse or mirage which are moreover higher capacity than mine. Can anyone help me?

It will be so much easier if someone can verify that the US or any other mitsubishi cars uses the same parts and engine configuration as mine.

Here is a pic of my car in a local multi-storey carpark. Cheers folks!

I have a similar car like yours. Mine is called Mirage, which is 95% like Lancer. My car has the SOHC 4G15. Glad to see you here.

The usual air intake/header/exhaust routine should give you good mid-high end power, but not low end torque....

Well, I guess going force induction might be the solution for you...

I will have to find out those web pages for you...wait for my next reply

Toonstar, see this thread for more info...

Another great site to check:

http://dreamwater.com/mirage1/

The Mirage DE is equipped with 1.5 4G15, so you should be able to get plenty of info from this site. Check the Miragetuner.com and the message board area.
