I paid 22k for my GTS, and that was fully loaded with tax & tags. The 13k price is for a base car with absolutely no options, including AC.

Congrats of the new car, you're going to love it! As much as I thought I'd really want a manual, I love having the CVT. For daily driving in traffic, a MT can be a real drag and tiresome. If the ES had come with the paddleshifters, it would have been a much harder choice.
