so i saw the old thread of a 4g69 swapped into an o2 oz my question to all of you is is this swap possible with the 04 models to?

 

Yes, the same engine is being replaced. If you're talking about the recent thread, it wasn't a 4G69, it was a 4G64 out of the eclipse.

What about a 4b11 for a 4b11t. Putti ng evo engine in a regular 08 lancer

 

As far as I know, nobody's even taken measurements on that yet, as the 4B11t isn't even accessible yet, and the regular 4B11 isn't of itself isn't that amazing yet. Besides, the 4B11/t have no real aftermarket yet, it'd be a swap to wait on and see what can be done to the motor first.

 

so what is the baseline h/p for the 4g64 compared to 4g94 then? and second could i keep my auto tranny in there when and if i do the swap or would i have to convert to manual?
