Got a 2002 ES love it so far.
Got a qucik question, how easy are the Mitsui clutches to learn on?
Can you feel it in the peedle when the clutch takes in and what not.
I have the basic concept down, clutch in gas off, shift gears. Slowley come off the clutch as your pressing the gas.

Congrats on the new car and welcome to the boards.
Concept is the easy part. Coordination's only slightly harder. It just takes a few drives and a little repetition. The clutch on my car was extremely forgiving after not having driven a manual car for about 8mos. I didn't put it through too much, but I did to a little free-form experimenting. At any rate...I'm sure you'll pick it up. Good luck.

Hooray! Another ES owner! :headbng2: Welcome and enjoy.
As far as clutches, they're just fine. The Lancer one is a bit long in the throw (as is the shifter) but it'll do just fine.
