Has anybody ever used these? Good idea or waste of money?

Just the look of the website alone is enough not to buy this stuff...somebody needs to tear it out of the Internet and then salt the Earth so it can't grow back.

And I have a sneaking suspicion about their claim that this product improves efficiency by over 1000%...might be ever so slightly exaggerated.

It works though effectiveness is debated. Ever crack open any harddrive? Magnets unside r very strong, use those

If you have steel bits in your motor oil you have a much bigger problem than can be solved by having a magnetic drain plug.

That said, I think a magnetic drain plug makes a lot of sense in a tranny or diff.
