Eneos Oil

I don't know if anyone has heard of/used this stuff before but I just changed my oil with some 0w50 oil and love it so far. It is the only oil I have ever used where I could actually tell a difference. It is a FULLY synthetic motor oil unlike all of the mobil 1, valvoline etc. full synthetic. It is superior in every category including heat dissipation, resistance to oxidation, prevention of sludge build up etc.

The difference's I have noticed are:
#1. Smoother/Quieter engine
#2. Rev's very smooth and "fluid"
#3. NO VALVE TICK so far!!! I have started it very cold 3 times and there is little to no valve tick. I am not saying it will fix this on every car, but it did on mine.

I noticed all those with just fresh oil. I've heard it's a good oil though, probably overkill but a good oil nonetheless.

ya, I am sure that is most of it. The valve tick though never disappeared even with new oil on my car... I have heard nothing but awesome things about this oil. It really wasn't much more expensive than any other synthetic. I will keep you all updated on how it goes!

My car ran smoother after putting a little automatic transmission fluid in at the store, driving home and doing my oil change. Revs quieter and smoother just like you said, just a different way of acheiving it. I also have heard good things about that oil, never tried it since I use either a blend or straight up dino oil.

Very nice, ill search on this now, but would i have to empty out 99.99% of the regular oil in the car to switch to synthetic??

You should just be able to drain it as you normally would. If you want to get really picky: Drain it & put on a new oil filter. Then refill with 1 qt. oil, 3 qts kerosene. Idle (do not, under pain of death, rev the engine) the car for 5 - 10 minutes then fully drain and replace oil filter. Then fill with oil of your choice.

haha! sounds great, but also sounds crazy. Is this proven to be safe and to work and reccomended? or would draining the engine be enough?

or... draining the engine, putting 2/3 qts. of synthetic, then running it as you said, for a 5-10, then draining it...

now im sure the kerosene will clean it alot better than my method but, sounds scary.
if this can be backed up, it would be great! imma start to search now! ty

Unless you're building a race motor, I doubt you need to got that far. Just drain the old oil and put the new stuff in.
