The lancer fortis is basically the galant fortis with different body panels, lights, a lower roofline from what i can see in the pictures, and 5 more hp. mitsu wasnt lying when they called the new chassis platform their world/global platform.

lancer fortis =/= galant fortis.
galant fortis IS lancer in north america.
like hwat evosoul said, lancer fortis is a modified lancer witha more classy body shape and interior to suit the domestic demand.
HOWEVER, i know many Taiwanese are uberly upset the global Lancer was not avaliable in Taiwan. (rumour is that the Lancer Fortis Ralliart will be the same as our lancer)

but I have a single tipped exhaust of the same configurations as your seeing in the works but non sent to japan, that testing will be done in Cali.
my focus differs from some of the other vendor choices out there, sound, TQ and low to mid range performance are at the list for this paticular single tip exhaust project. Its all personal preference.
