Question Need car show ideas

so my headlights are all clouded up and look like *****. Yesterday i took em apart and tried cleaning them using WD-40, Toothpaste, and wet sanding. Non of that worked.

So i am onto plan B to make the light's presentable for the car show on Saturday. I am thinking that i could maybe cover them up somehow. preferably black so it matches everything else on my car.

Anyone got any theories on how i could do that?

maybe paint them black and then just use paint thinner and clean em afterwards? Something that could cover them and be removed?

Could just use electrical tape to cover them up or painted painter's tape.

I use ajax + water + toothbrush on my corollas head lights (prior to buying my 05 oz) ..

and then I would wax it. To bring that clear coat to it. Worked great. I still wax my lancers Head lamps to prevent that dried/yellow crap that happens to all head lights.
