Removing Evo spoiler need help
False, the evo spoiler is on 2 screws, plastic plug that must be broken on the other side, and double sided sticky. getting the spoiler off is easy but the clean up can take hours depending on how long the sticky has been on there and if it has began to harden or not.

Huh? It's held on by 4 fasteners. I believe the previous guy is correct, 2 nuts and 2 bolts. It's also held on by double sided tape. If you are having a problem getting the spoiler separated from the trunk, a small guitar string works, but usually a heat gun does the trick. BE CAREFUL though, too much heat will make the clear bubble. As for the left over double sided tape, it's no match for goo gone. Good luck!
okay bottom of each side has one bolt that goes into the wing from the bottom, one bolt that is part of the wing. then once you get those off there should be a white plastic plug like thing that is connected to the wing that goes into a little whole in the trunk that you have to force off and break the tip. and yes the sticky is if its been on their for a bit it is a match, a bottle off goo gone 2 hours and some sore finger tips are coming your way my friend, i suggest growing out your finger nails a bit.
i just left the holes open. i run the wing sometimes and usually not in the summer. the holes, while they dont look too great aren't going to leak into your trunk as the are in the rain gutter part outside the seal.
I know right my thumb nail is still messed! What color? Mine is TB so i went to the local craft store and bought a sheet of black vinyl, but they have all sorts of colors mine ended up blending really well, if your standing right up on it you can certainly see it but stand back a foot or two and it looks completely flush. the vinyl is good because it is sticky enough that the elements wont take it off but if you want to you can do it in seconds. it also doesnt leave residue and wont take your paint off when you try to use it.
