Does anybody know if this Is this an aftermarket hood for an evo 7?or is it custom? IF it is aftermarket and I could get it here when the evo comes I would probably get a black evo. the only thing that is stopping me from getting a black evo is I dont like the way the hood vents look.

Judging by the butt load of stickers on the car, I'd bet it's a sponsered car....you should check out some info on creative I'd bet

This hood is actually got has a hold on it. They stopped selling this hood and body kit(s) until the EVO VII comes out here. They are targeting EVO VII owners. You can actually find out more about this body kit from www.sharkracing.com. They could tell more about that body kit.

 

i'm not sure what sharkracing's got for them... but as i know shark sells imitation kits made in sri lanka or another southeast country... but this car in the picture IS the Creative demo car, with made in japan parts... sorry Fly-OZ if you were trying to plug the company's name, i just dun want fellow forum users to get confused

 

No, I wasn't trying to plur the company's name. I was trying to share the info that I got. I have been eyeing that hood for quite some time now. That was the hood that they used to sell, before they decided to stop and wait for the EVO VII market.

Maybe, someone else retails that hood. I'm an RRM believer though.

 

I hear you about the black w/vents. I was considering that, but will probably get the dark grey instead. A bit more subtle than the black, red or (uh) yellow. Blends in nice with the asphalt.
