Anyone follow the JGTC on speed vision? I always miss it. Anyone have info on the Puma/Advan Evo 7. I hear it has a racing V6 in it instead of the 4G63 I4.< not sure on that though
r u serious???
they have JGTC on speedvision??? what time?
and i think that evolution is most likely a private team since mitsubishi uses a FTO in the GT300 (or does it participates in JGTC at all?)

It is rare, it comes on at weird times. I always try to tape it and the WRC, but the times always change. They have the guide on speedvisions homepage http://www.speedvision.com/ but good luck finding anything. nothing is consistant.

That LanEvo might be competing in Japan's Super Taikyu (Super Endurance). Here's the site: http://www.so-net.ne.jp/s-taikyu/
I don't think an Evo competes in the JGTC. I have 4 JGTC events from last year and I didn't see any Evo's. There were mostly GT-R's, Supra's and NSX in the GT-500 and RX-7, AE86, Silvia and Impreza in the GT-300. JGTC is still pretty cool though.

Glad to be here.
I was right. That EVO 7 above competes for the Puma Racing Team (http://www.so-net.ne.jp/s-taikyu/tmprf/index.html) in the Super Taikyu. Anyone know where we can get videos of this event?

about jgtc cars
I am not sure if it is one of the requirement, but it seems that all the cars competing in GT500 and GT300 are FR (rear wheel drive cars), even the skylines. Btw, Mitsu has the Taeivon FTO in the GT300. I know one of the requirement of JGTC is that cars has to be based off a production model. Since there are no FR Evolutions as of now, that means Mitsu would have to release a street version of a FR Evo if they want to enter the Evolution. Please correct me if I am wrong about any of this.
