Help me decide!

Okay... I'm about to have about $1500 bucks to burn on my lancer... I either have the option of getting the body kit of my choice... or getting all the performance stuff that I want (full exaust, suspension work, etc.). What do you think?

Save the money untill you double it and go turbo for real performance. Intakes and exhausts are so overrated, if you must spend it now go with a suspension first. Intake and header have small noticable gains, but make alot of noise. The exaust has a nice tone but no noticable gain. I haven't tried the ECU reflash yet but its supposed to be the best NA mod you can get. As for a cam I'm yet to hear any good news about one.
I say performance, but the options for real performance are slim. Suspension and turbo!!!!!

I think for $1500, if you were to spend it all on performance, you'd be disapointed with the gains.

Agreed. I'm also a fan of go before show. If you do go performance with that money though, I'd do fuel management and cam/header. The standard boltons are much cheaper, but you'll have much more gains from these mods and it'd be good to get the pricier mods out of the way.

Good point with the turbo also. If you had the choice, I'd definitely save up another $2500 or so and get an intercooled turbo setup.

Personnaly, this is the path I would choose with 1500$

Slotted Disc Brakes 200$
Intake 200$
Exhaust 500$
Headers 369$
Bored Throttle Body 290$

I don't know how much gain you would get though

If you not gonna get any money for a bit go with what blaze said. But if you can save money up soon go with the turbo for sure.

RRM turbo comes with intake I believe and you don't need a new exhaust, it will just help though if you were to get one. But the turbo on RRM site is everything you need.
