3.yes i did..i took the whole thing actually from an evo.hubs,spindles.rotors and calipers they were all connected.and they fit right on (no mods needed) even if u are keeping the lancer coil overs.

but i am having this problem now..i got the front wheel bolt pattern 5x114.3
and the rear is 4x100..

still looking for a solution for the rear hubs..i wanna make them 5 bolts as well

i dont know if any one got any ideas..
I can think of two options.

1. Get the rear hubs, backing plates, ebrake, calipers, rotors, ebrake anc cables off of a ralliart

2. Get a set of rear hubs and drum brake cover off of an outlander. You just put the hub on and then the drum cover. no need to do a rear disc brake conversion.

Don't forget the drum cover. If you find a good deal, let me know, I plan on doing the same soon.

can you go into a bit more detail about the outlander way? When I got the outlander rear subframe for mine it came with drums.. could you clarify what do I need to do to swap to disc?
thanks man

Ok, here is what I know you need.

Backing plates
E brake
E brake cables
Calipers
Caliper bolts
rotors
pads
brake lines

Hubs if you don't have them or don't want to swap

Here is a similar conversion on an eclipse. The hubs are completely different and he did some modding to reuse his e brake cables. I don't recommend that, just get new ones. http://www.rcaz.com/rcaz/sub%20index...disc/index.htm

my car seem to bee so aggressive that i feel its not a street car any more..i think its because the solid mount i am using at the back of the tranny..and i had to customize the pracket mount as well.it doesnt feel right(am using the base lancer subframe).(the stockmount made the transfercase hit somewhere every time i shift.

what am trying to find out..in order to change the subframe to evo's do i have to take off the engine and tranny..?
or it can be done from the bottom..

You should be able to do it from the bottom without taking out the engine and transmission.
