Rear Ended

I was on my way home from work.. and going to my other Job to pick up my last paycheck.. then I came upon a Flashing Red light Intersection.. Like the book says.. Treat it like a stop sign.. So i did.. i stopped to let the other cars go.. then bam.. i got rear ended by a 87 toyota Van.... yea.. anyways.. anyway i can get more money then should..

Make that 4 or 5.. I got hit at the gas station when I was backing up.. some dork in probably a 87 accord pulled in and didn't stop for me.. luckily, there is only a teeny dent by the license plate that you can't really see unless you are looking for it but I almost had a heart attack when he hit.. I didn't even want to get out and look..

yeah man!

There's a green light, and I'm in bumper to bumper traffic. I move forward and while in the middle of the intersection the light turns yellow, so I move up. I'm going about 20mph, and all of a sudden the car to my upper right slams on the brakes, and I fly past a man that tried to cross while cars were still passing through the intersection. I missed him by inches......So this **********er decides to blame me, and kicks my 1 week-and-a-half old Lancer because he was trying to get hit by a car! What really pissed me off was when I looked in the rear view, and saw that he was dragging his 3 year-old daughter with him...

There's a small dent, but that doesn't really bother...The little girl is what pissed me off.

thats it..?

my estimate came out to be $3300-$3550.. i went to 4 collision center and got 4 estimate, all in that price range... And you wont even notice the damage until you go up to it and look at it.. My chassis is Bent and it just need a little straigtening.. Ill post some pics ... ill post the estimate too..
