What is a Evo RS450 versions ?
I'm pretty new to the different models of Evo and i wanted to know what is the RS450 versions? What is different about them, faster better looking, etc? Anyone have pics of this car? Is the pricing alot more than a regular Evo?
First off, welcome, Frank.
The EVO RS 450 was based on a EVO VI and it’s a exclusive UK version developed by Ralliart UK. This is a quote about this car:
Here is a linke to Ralliart UK:

Look into "New Car" section and you should be able to find the RS 450

At £44,000 the RS450 isn't cheap, but there's nothing else like it. It has more performance, grip and sheer dynamic ability than just about any car ever made.

RS450's are also based on Evo5's. You normally supply the donor car to ralliart and they do the rest. Approx cost is 16,000 ukp. The 450 refers to the torque figure and not the bhp, which is somewhere around 380bhp. Wastegate Chatter (mag of www.lancerregister.com) carried a review of the Evo5 RS450 on issue 19 and a review of Evo6 extreme RS450 in issue21. In the right hands the RS450 is probably (one of) the quickest point-point cars around.

Hey LanEvo,
Ya, i know about the T.Mak version and Zero Fighter, but those are factory made to spec. I didn't know that you could just go into Ralliart with an evo and say i'd like to upgrade it to an Rs450. Oh i am from HongKong but i go to school here in the usa. I got my name from that movie legend of speed =) go ekin go.

I guessed that too, (you're from HK, your name as sky from Legend of Speed) I'm from HK too.
Ralliart parts are not officially available in US, everything has to be inported from Japan, UK, Aus, NZ....so an official Ralliart RS450 would not seem to be highly possible (given the fact IF we can get legalized EVO V, VI here)

The Warrender car is not the way to modify an Evo - it's dangerous (to the engine). Its also not particularily quick and extremely overpriced. At a recent track day it was easily 'passed' by a well sorted UK car.
If you want a proper modified Evo then look at http://www.madevelopments.com. Let the 'interesting' flash opening run and then you are taken to a menu page. Click on the bottom right magazine 'Banzai' to see his work. MAD succesfully (reliably) tune Ford Cosworths to 500bhp+. He is now getting involved with Lancers, so his cars should be something special.
