CAPA vs. non-CAPA body parts

Hello all! I have a 2009 ES and got side swiped on the highway. The only immediate damage that needs to be taken care of is the driver side fender. I have found an OEM replacement fender for $30 + S/H. That is non-CAPA. The same manufacturer makes a CAPA certified one for $150 more. They said that this non CAPA one was made from the same mold's that the certified ones are, this one just didnt go through the certification process but should be no problem regarding fittment. Is it worth picking this one up to save some $$$ ? I have a $500 deductible and, with paint, this would cost about $300 (I will be installing the fender but having it professionally painted). Any thoughts??
