hey was just looking around on few threads trying to find if any of you guys are runing the magnaflow cat cat back on a 08 + lancer? if so how does it look, sound ect. are you happy with it. i know a lot of people say go greedy or some thing but just trying to dig more info on this set up thanks

Well it may differ a little cause I have an 02, but I have Magnaflow's on my Lancer and they sound incredible. Not too loud to the point where it's obnoxious, when you're just cruising it's not too loud, but when you get on it, it sounds awesome

I'd definitely recommend them

 

Only have seen one one YouTube.but the reason I was asking was that I saw a vendor on this form was offering a good price for the cat back with free shipping was trying find out if any one from here was running one. might be picking one up soon

did you get the full cat back or a axle back

 

full cat back, thats the only one they offer i think for the magnaflow

 

you got yours in yet? i am really tring to find out which to go with. i have been looking around and every one seems to be runing greddy axle back exhaust but the price was like in mid 500s and most price didint include the shiping but i have seen that cvr mortosports had the mannaflow with the full catback for like 420s with fee shipping. sounds like a good deal just cant seem to find anyone that is running it

I got mine installed on my 09. It's the cat-back edition. It sounds great. Has a nice deep purring sound at idle, not too loud while cruising, but when you get on it it sounds great.

sounds good at idle, but hard to tell really how loud it is compared from stock on the vid but i am sure it a very noticeable differences right ? any way hop i can get my hands on one soon first got to order my rims some time this month
