For those of you who like the blue Evo...
Send me the pic of the evo 8
I've been searching the web for some time now and I bumped into you guys who obviously have seen something that might be it, so bless me with it.
I live in Jamaica, where rallying could be doing better we'd love to see it, some drug dealer should have one in no time if its the real thing

I don't know if you guys noticed, but the front plate in those pics had a web address...

It seems mostly about the EVO.
Here is a decent interview from a Japanese guy who I assume is with Mitsubishi (yes they show english too)

About the lancer vs evo engine:
That’s right. Mitsubishi does have other in-line fours, such as the lightweight 4G94 fitted on the Galant. However, the 4G94 has an extremely long stroke. The 95,8-mm stroke is absolutely fine for everyday conditions, but unsuitable for competition. The 4G63 is more suitable since top-end power is desired in competition.
Like I said earlier, we want components that will help us win. We didn’t particularly want a six-speed transmission. However, if a six-speed is light yet durable enough and offers the desired gear ratios, we might consider it.
Speed is obviously important, but more gears mean more shifts – and more time losses. If that’s the case, would it not be better to develop an engine with less gears and with a wide torque band, and thus a more competitive machine?
