Ralliart Intake Scoop on GTS

What do you think of this idea? The engine would definitely be louder and get more air.

Would the EVO intake scoop fit to our stock airbox on the GTS?

I would be thrilled if it would make more power but I doubt it. If usign the RA scoop will yield more power, why didn't MMC use the same scoop on the GTS?

With that said, "Predator" Lancer uses the RA scoop and they claim it is good enough that they don't need an intake. There's a posting on here somewhere, I found it to be quite interesting.

Exactly what I want. You can get a short ram intake also and leave this scoop on, to send cold air towards the filter too, and it looks badass. The stock one is too dinky. Any idea where to buy one for cheap? Dealership is way overpriced on this part.

Evo scoop, or RA scoop

you might need to do a search on other foreign forums. I highly recommend cj lancer club - http://clubcj.net/splash.php

they have a lot of different options available that we don't even know about.

its not worth it, if anything you would gain half to 1hp. id invest that money into other things. i removed my stock intake scoop on my GTS and actually gained power.

no way you will gain hp by removing the scoop..... are you using the stock air box...?? without that... where does the air come from...?? the hot air around the engine bay...??
