Question navigation system

i drive a 2008 lancer with stock everything. i want to add in a navigation system. should i get the one from mitsubishi? if not what would be a good one? and anyone with installation instructions? thanks.

The Sun & Sound nav system is sweet. I'd get it done by a dealer (expensive, but I'm not a DIY-er for electric stuff). Search for more info on other ones, though.

if I purchase the OEM nav reacement I can take it to the dealer and they'll install it? do you know for how much? also, any other units that would look nice in the car?

at least $2.4K for the navi + $400 for the kit + 1~2 labour... around $3,000 ~$3,500 is what you're looking at

well you can get the oem's on eBay alot cheaper but I was wondering if anyone knew about like another brand of navigation system that would fit nicely in the car like if anyone has any pictures or anything.

haha I like that...~

you can go for aftermarket one... JVC is a good choose.... you can find in ebay for around $600...

if you want the OEM... go to http://www.mitsubishiparts.net/

guys i dont wnat to be negavitie here bbut honestly 2 g for a stock nav sys is pointless...get a pioneer for cheaper or alpine...they work better and sound better....

go on ebay and search lancer gps.... there's one that comes with the dash kit and even has the mitsu logo when you turn it on, pretty sure its the same one pictured above in this thread. around $600 shipped, best deal by far and looks OEM

for 600 bucks i'll buy an atlas and a hooker. may not look quite as good or last quite as long, but i know how to perform the proper installation with out messing something up.
