I bought the N1 as well, but received a package that said SRS on it, with SRS stamped onto the muffler of the exhaust.

So I'm assuming both are the same.

I had headers when I installed my exhaust.. and it's extremely loud at 3,000+ rpm..

My friends complain of not being able to hear in the back seat occasionally

now I have a test pipe as well, and it's just louder.

It comes with a silencer though that absolutely deadens the sound (You won't hear the exhaust)

Hmm, I don't think it will be that loud with just the catback and stock cat + exhaust manifold.

But don't trust me on that, I haven't tried that setup since I installed my headers first.

Hmm.. something with a smaller muffler tip should be good, something with a 3" tip & 2 1/4" piping. the srs has a 4", very large coffee can style muffler

it seems like all the ebay catback systems are 2.5 pipe and 4.0 outlet. the only one that was different was the magnaflow and it was in the 3" range but WAY out of my price range at 500.00 dollars. so if the SRS and N1 are the same thing, or the N1 has the SRS stamp, thats a little sketchy since there is a price difference between the two.

yeah, i think your right. i think if i order a 2.5 pipe and 4 inch tip, while keeping my cat, i should be fine. what all have you done to your exhaust?
