Is there really a choice here? Get the money and buy non-oem stuff. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I see no point in spending money to get your car back to stock.

if i am reading it correct opt 2 will prob get u in some slight trob with insurance down the road and they prob will not warenty the work or quality

Remember that OEM parts cost more than aftermarket. Just make sure that the insurance company will fully insure your new parts at market value for your car.

Wow, I'm surprised your ins co would cut you a check. After my accident my ins co said "is there a shop you'd like us to tow it to" and then explained that they'd be cutting a check to the body shop for repairs and then I had to pay my deductible. The shop, while a bunch of cool guys, made it sound like it was WAY too much trouble and borderline fraud to do aftermarket stuff. Congratualtions though, and good luck!
