A friend is putting new transmission mounts on my car. Says need a new front and rear. Said if i bought parts,he'd do the labor. I went to O'reillys. They said only just saw one transmission mount listed. They had a rear engine mount listed. Guy said he would just order everything that came with it *Sigh*

So is rear engine mount same as a rear transmission mount? I need to know..im confused and dumb also..

I'm sure you already got your answer since its been 4.5 years ago from the day of your post. In case another person was wondering: there are 3 engine mounts and 1 transmission mount. I have an 02 oz; our cars shouldn't be much different.

The transmission mount is located on the driver's side under the battery.
Front roll stop mount is front center. It is bolted onto the crossmember(long mental support bar).
Rear roll stop is rear center.
Front/Side mount is on the passenger's side below the power steering fluid.
