bbvc, the pic you attached is a Virage from Taiwan, right?...since it's LHD...too bad they don't officially import the EVO into Taiwan

so if I own a lancer mr in australia, its really a mirage in america, and possible a new model galant elsewhere????

Carisma is based off the pacific rim lancer.
Colt is a Dodge brand name.
Lancer was a Dodge/Plymouth (can't remember) brand, which Mitsu never used its name in the US market. When Mercedes took over Chrysler and parts of Mitsu, the Germans allowed the name "Lancer" to be brought over the US to cut expense globally.
