hey,
Just to let you people know, never wear a watch when working on a car. My watch hit the positive side of my deep cycle optima yellow top battery and the mounting bracket that goes over the battery. so, my watch got up to about 1000 degrees F and melted shut. i cracked my finger nail trying to get it off. when i finally did i was left with a bloody finger nail and horrible 3rd degree burns of 1/2 of a watch on my wrist. no working on my lancer for a week :0( . And i was just about to put my boost controller in!!!!

Uhm...it's probably a good general rule of thumb to take off any jewelry and loose clothing while working on a car. Look at pit crews and mechanic, their fire suits and gear aren't baggy *** GAP jeans now are they?

Another warning
Don't disconnect both battery terminals while standing in a puddle of water that's been splashed with gasoline. Eh...yeah...what p said. You should remove any and all jewelery and dangly things (drawstrings on hooded sweatshirts if you're me) before working on the car. Things that conduct electricity are especially bad if you're holding or wearing them.
Was it a nice watch?
