B, I meant completely stock. The S7 is a barely legalized LeMans car. The M3 GT (even though it is in limited quantities) is exactly th same as the LeMans car that damn near got outlawed, just with some more amenities. You know what I meant, don't be obtuse.

I agree. I don't think this car is a rip off by any means, but, if you're coming into this expecting something like a VR6, you gotta realize while this car is a deal (in my opinion), it's not gonna be the be all end all whilst still stock, and it won't be even if you pour 10K into it, which is bordering on retarded for a gameplan. It can be a damn good car, and even take out some cars that are higher priced and higher powered, when done right. Long story short, you come into this with the right attitude, a decent work ethic, and some dough, and you can drive out with a sleeper car that may not be a super car, but is still be a fantasitc car for what you pay for it.

Don't mind if I do...

Check your state's lemon laws. Ours here in NJ completely blow for the consumer, but I'm sure it's due to tons of people trying to scam dealerships into giving them new cars. Honestly...get rid of it. You hardly do anything but complain about it.

Some love em, some hate em, but if you hate it then you shouldn't have to drive it.

What do you guys think of the Hyundai Tiburon (new one)? I keep hearing all sorts of good **** about it and how it handles. I read its 1/4 time was up there with Porshes....and at around $18k......hmmmmm

Well, I've heard mixed reviews on the Tiburon... the mags say that it's a good start for Hyundai, but, I had a friend who said the 6 speed wasn't all it was supposed to be, and the interior was on a lower level than the price.

Personally, I like them, but, I haven't drove it myself.

An Hobie, totally agree. Sometimes you can't love what you drive, but, you really shouldn't drive something you hate. Saw a guy torture a Suzuki Esteem for just that reason... okay, bad example, that was just FUN to watch... off roading, ramping and catching air... thing held up more than you'd think...

God how I wish... those were good times, good times... There was this little bit of construction on the edge of Ft. Worth we used to go to... I'd offroad in my Comanche, and him in that Esteem... Actually, funny story, we went out at about three in the morning, and got to where you couldn't turn around, or go straight because of construction equipment, so, we tried to go up this steep grade to turn around, and ended up in a parking lot with armed guards... we hauled *** out, and realized we had accidentally busted into the local impound lot. All I remember was seeing guards with shotguns getting ready to jump on the truck en masse. It was a blast. I know that was off topic, but, just got me thinking...
