you guys need to all remember the lancer is in a completely different class than a lot of the cars peopel mention.. for instance comparing mustangs to a lancer, now i know full well i will beat on v6s all day long (hehe) but 2 friendws of mine has a 03 gt and the other a late 90s GT, both beat me, fiar and square, but i still race them, and they honestly are surprised by it, with the older GT i put up a fair race and im not done with my mods, but let those mustangs follow me on some turns and thats the end of it, i give a lot of credit to any of the guys on these boards (posting or not) who have invested a lot of time and money into their lancer, because if your on that level you understand the headaches that are involved but the sweetness of their rewards, i think its just funny when guys with stock tiburons and rsxs loo kat me and laugh when i say ill race with no delay, i wish everyone good luck and happy boosting as we all know thats the only way to accomplish the speed, i plan to be the fastest ::cough:: auto ::cough:: lancer in the US

I believe the MR lancer is the australian version which is already turbo. Unfortunately it uses some different parts not commen to the 4G94 block which we all have.

Many thanks for the props all... there is never any offense taken for those trying to take the title. Go for it... i know i'm a lot faster now and soon i'll be about 40hp more faster with hopes of a mid 12 time. But i'm lazy and don't really care about being the fastest anymore so we'll see how that goes. I prefer to support the lancer developement for all... thats why everything on my car is either for sale by RRM or available somewhere. Anyone can repeat/beat what i did IMO!

Good luck to all and more importantly good luck to RRM and keep developing your lancers guys it's a great feeling i know!

Internals and boost, LSD and slicks. Forget little bolt-ons, 25psi and you'll go 11's. Boes definately fast, but I'm with vince and Blackmantis right now, RRM's drag car has a little more power and less weight. Who's the better driver? Oh, we need to see BlazenOZ's time before we can say anything

Unfortunately for blazen his sc eats up the motors torque where a turbo doesn't. He's operating at about 30wtq less than the turbo guys boosting 7psi on intercooled kit. That will cost him some time on the quarter not to mention at 10psi w/injection Ripp said the kit is like 207whp... the turbo gets that at 7psi. Soon the drag will be running bigger boost and kill everyone including me!! Unless... i'm driving it...
