um.. fender rolling or folding, where the wheel sits, the inner lip of my rear wheel guard rubs on tire, so folding that lip may fix the problem, untill i lower it anyway then il think of the camber

You should be warned that fender rolling if not done right can look like s""t I have seen many failed attempts, it's tricky to get it right the first time.

Rent the tool then. Do it right the first time rather than half-assing it and ending up with a car that looks like crap. A lot of speed shops let you rent the fender rolling tool.

Yeah you will end up spending more money repairing your mistakes if you don't do it right the first time

hey...
wooden stick done it perfect, i didnt want it flared out i just wanted it rolled, so the tool would be pointless and un needed. Had someone that works in sheet metal business and he said best way to do it cheap and effectively is with a wooden stick, saves your paint from chipping lots. One side of the car scraped more then other so just roled the inner lips back to stop the shreading then leavered the stick to push the inner lip inwards, worked real well.

Now focusing on fixing my dint on right side by heating then using air duster, after this i can lower it soon after may need a -1 camber kit so fits snug.

No, the tool ensures you do it right. It's called a fender rolling tool for a reason. Flaring is completely different.

yeh if you dont know what your doing or are to nooby to do it or you do multiple of guard roles like in a business. I had someone to teach and guide me, i saved 200 and bucks took 20 mins, no obvious paint chipping and got it to clear it while still being super flush once ive dropped it will be so dam clean... thanks for the info on the tool though, most panel people i know dont use em some use them and say they work well but take up to much time, soooo i say if your doing lots of different cars or you have a big business go and get them i think will be use full if your wanting to do a DIY but dont know how then i say save someone doing it and buy it, if you are tight on money and your tires are getting ripped up and you have some sort of smarts and either a wood poll (baseballbat) or metal even do that, i dont suggest hammering it unless you have a bit of metal (dolly i think they call it)on other side, plus takes wayy to long, i just did it today so yeh thank you

I know people who roll with a bat and it's never as good as when done with the proper tool. However, since you've already done it, there's no going back. This is purely for other peoples' benefit. Please use periods and other forms of punctuation though, your posts are very hard and frustrating to read.

Uh, this makes me worry for the new generation. Anyways, tools are made for a reason, kinda how we got to where we are as a species, well, most of us at least . For future fender rollers, use the tool, if it's available.
