MR vs. GSR headunit

Hi, im about to replaced my headunit with alpine, but evrytime i called audio store, to find a harness, they ask me if it is Infinity or Oem stereo.. So Mr comes with infity of whatsover??

I believe its called the Rockford fosgate infinity sound system. Don't quote me on that. And the oem would be just the stock mitsu radio.
