man that sux!!!!!! why I won't use car washes anymore. that and the whirly things have so much junk stuck in them, imagine what it is doing to the paint and the headlights, taillights, etc.

you did a nice job of fixing it.

 

Also caught the urge to plastidip mine too !

if I had my way on the Lancer we have, I would do the hood, roof center section. grille and the trunk lid.

Yes the grille is black . I'm doing the fenders carbon fiber like the hood , getting a gloss black top . And paint the car red . Ordered the red today.

 

Not lancer related, but should be installing this Barton short throw shifter this weekend in my mustang. 40% reduction ;-)

 

Still waiting for my new Tailights so I tinted the old ones using plasti dip . I'll have pics in the morning. Also looked online all day for good prices for nos kits , I'm going to go with a 50 dry shot of nos.

Edit : also painted my caliper on the driver side red . But then my jack broke so I couldn't do the other side lol , I'll have a pics for everyone tomorrow , because I think Tailights and carbon wrap come in tomorrow . I pray they do !

gave the OZ a wash and replaced reverse light bulbs but still do no work. have a feeling the sensor is unplugged in the tranny :/ damn prev owner did not look after the lights, ive replaced just about every bulb since i bought it last week.

 

You're doing a lot of wrapping with your car. You should try the entire car....that would be interesting.

 

The car looks clean, hope you sort out your issue. Did you replace your bulbs with LEDs?

 

thanks man, only the license plate lights are LED, the rest are regular bulbs. i havent checked the fuse box yet (crossing fingers hoping thats the problem) otherwise ill have to look into the switch in the tranny.
