A little help from a Lancer owner to another

So i recently bought my first car which happened to be a '13 Lancer es. In retrospect im really wishing i got an Evo but I'm stuck in a 5 year payment plan. Either way, I'm ready to start modding it i just don't know where to start? Should i start with cosmetics or mechanical work? What are the best things to immediately make my car better?

I would say depends on what you you really want first...the look or performance.

Try to peek in the Lancer Show and Shine page to get an idea of what you want to do with your car.

Maybe start with something easy like HIDs, black out grill, lip kits or lowering springs. If you do some mods in the mechanical part of your car, you have to remember your warranty.

Check out ebay. i got most of the parts and accessories there.

I've always done full tune ups to everything when I first buy a car, then I work on aesthetics, and then I work on it's performance, but I always buy old used cars. Given that yours is a newer 2013 model, you probably still have a good warranty. I would do aesthetics first and performance later since the engine, trans, and suspension are all still pretty new
