Since the car is said to be "modded", it probably has aftermaret lights, such as altezza's. Trust me, it's definately a VII, and not a VIII. Everything, down to the wheels is the same, except the lights and the wing, something which anyone can change. I mean, if I got altezza's for my Integra, it wouldn't make it a different car.

if you get altezzas for a car, it doesn't change the shape of the lights, just the color/pattern.
By "it's definately a VII, and not a VII" you meant for the second one to be VIII, right? Just so you know, I think its a us or cedia, not an 8.

That tail-light pattern is no different than the VII's. Just clear!

i'm betting anything thats just an evo vii with altezza's and a different wing. look at the lug pattern, the fins, the amount the altezza's stick out... think of the last movie. how many people went out and modified their lug pattern to fit another size? sorry if i seem off... i'm just real sleepy.
