hmm it looks like you purchased a passenger side belt if you bought one of the discontinued belts, if not, you should be fine as long as you bought a driver's side belt. im not really sure what the difference is, but im guessing it's a problem if you happen to get into an accident with the harness on

The ASM does two things: One thing it does is makes the shoulder belt tighten a split second after the lap belt, which keeps the person from sliding under the lap belt in a collision. The second thing it does is release a small amount of slack on the belt it is located on (the inside shoulder) causing the body to stay facing forward, while the collision would normally twist the body towards the inside, hurting the spine and possibly making the 2 occupants hit heads against each other
The way the ASM does this is by having a small amount of webbing bunched up inside its plastic shell. A strong enough force will make it release the webbing, causing the other belts to tighten up a split second faster as said above, holding the body in the best position during the collision. That's why you don't want to put a harness on the wrong side or tamper with the ASM on a Schroth harness.
Looking at the drivers side where the buckle fits onto the right side of the seat where the existing stock latch is at, does the buckle in front or behind or do you take off the buckle/latch assembly completly?.

i took off the bolt where the stock seat belts were bolted on and i bolted the parts of the harness onto those bolts. for the right bolt of the driver's side seat, i would recommend taking off the center console (u unscrew the two screws on the bottom of the glove compartment). it's a lot easier to get to that bolt by the center console this way.
That side by the console right side would you still leave the stock seatbelt latch on and add the buckle to it. in other words all stock oem seatbelt and parts stay in place that way you can use either the harness or the stock seatbelt?.
I actually understood that first question... had to read it 3 times, but I got it
The aftermarket mount goes on top of the stock one, because the stock one needs to touch a small pin that keeps it from rotating too far back, meaning you won't be able to find your latch next time you go to put the seatbelt on. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter
