Schroth 4 Point Harness
I got my Schrotch harnesses today! For the driver's side I got the Rallye Cross and for the passenger side I got the Rallye 4. Theses are probably the best harnesses you can buy..they even come as options on BMW's in Europe
the best part about these is that they were only 40 bucks each (instead of the usual 150+)! Here's the pics, I'm going to install these tomorrow:

I will

Can't wait to AutoX with these..

lol wow, mine had a picture of a topless guy in the harness
How old is yours? I got mine from the same date and the production date is 1994. Not bad, since the material still smells new and looks shiny. The webbing will last at least another 10 years.

i guess ill just go get a 17mm open end wrench, but this thing seems to be on there very tight..was it the same to u?

I just put the Schroth harness in right now. It was easy for me, but that might be because I've installed and removed harnesses about 6 times in the last year. I used a socket wrench for all of those anchors, worked pretty well as long as you remove the center console to get to that one.
We got these ones on sale here

They are old stock, unused but have been sitting in a warehouse for a while. The rear anchors go to the rear lap belt or rear shoulder belt anchors, or even the child seat anchor if you're not following the normal guidelines.
And here's what was on my box. Disturbing, and mine's even in German!!!
