It uses the same bulb, so the answer is no. you can't have both on at the same time.

I don't know if there are any kits to do it, but another option may be to adjust the height of your headlights....

the only way you can have separate hi/lo beams is to get the cedia headlights [check my registry for pics]. if you want to adjust the height of your beams, look at the back of your headlight assembly between the turning signal and the lo beam bulb. you will see a 10mm bolt. take a socket wrench and turn it in the direction towards the passenger side light to lower the beam and turn it in the direction towards the driver side light to raise it. im telling you to turn it towards each light because i dont want to confuse you by saying clockwise or counterclockwise because your perspective of the light may be different as if i were looking at it. you may have a little trouble getting to the driver's side light because of the battery. if you do, all you need is a long flathead screwdriver, put the end of it in the groove of the metal object you are turning, and turn away [you will know what im talking about when you see the bolt you have to turn]. you will want to be doing this with your car on level ground with your lights shining on a wall probably about 10-15 feet away.

I seperated mine...damn i really gotta take a pic of this. Put the high beams over to the turn signal spot and the turn signal to the corner parking lights. I'll take a pic later today.
