HOW TO RUN high 16s....i dont know how to run a good time.

As said above, learning how to launch and putting the right parts on your car will help. If you don't want to learn how to drive, turbo will get you in the 16s without trying hard.

Wanna know how I got in the high 14s? I drove a Pontiac Trans Am

I couldn't help it. I didn't know how to launch at all and got high 14s with a V8. Sorry, I'm sure this thread is asking how to drive a Lancer in the 16s.

its just kinda somethin you have to learn on your own. just practice and practice some more. the only advice i can give is let the clutch out slowly and dont floor the gas right away. wait til your tires hook up, then you can floor it. first gear i usually shift at 5500 RPM, then the rest of the gears i take as close to redline as i can.
