if you changed your rims to something that is heavier than stock.. they can strentch the argument to say that you put extra strain on the suspension and void that

I got my new rims as 17", but it's lighter than stock one.
Well, they can give me lots of excuse, and I don't look foward to it.
Just want to keep my right.

I don't buy the poor quality argument. Mine is a 02 and I haven't had a single problem with it. I take care of it, clean it, change the oil, and maintain it. I don't rag it out at every stop light. Like anything else, its all in how you take care of something.

Also, if the rims will cause problem to the suspension, why the dealerships sell aftermarket rims from 15" to 18"? Don't tell me they can "professionally" put the aftermarket on without any problem they stated.

Well...try me!!
I changed oil every 3000 miles, wash and wax it every 1 to 2 month, using shell premium, check all kinds of oil one time within a month, check tire pressure, check brake pad, check bulbs for either front and rear.
I spent lots of time with my car, I love it and I take good care of it!!
Maybe it's because of previous owner, cause I bought a used car from "Mitz" dealership. After one month, I replaced the front strut, and then noise came out from front end, interior, and engine bay.
I don't want to argue with you, but at least I (myself) thought I got a poor quality car.

doesn't it mean that the suspension has to work harder for heavy azz wheels?

I bet everyone knew that, before you go to the dealer remove all your aftermarket parts
unless you got an evo - so Boost gauge and Turbo timer can stay, also depends who is working on your car (satan) as know as the dealer will look everywhere to void your warranty and make you pay from your own pocket! sorry to hear about that....

Fight them for all they are worth. You also might want to try out another dealership, because some of them are a$$e$ whiles others are very friendly. I'm going to be taking mine in because there is a strange rattling sound coming from under my car. Hopefully they won't put up a fuss because my car has been modified, but has been put back to near stock.
