I went in one time already, because the paint on my passenger front fender looked like the clear coat was rubbing off. I met with the district manager and he told me the fender had been painted. I explained to him I've had the car since it had 4 miles on it and the only painting was done to the opposite fender from a parking lot incident. He believed me and had my fender repainted free of charge. Luckily that has been the only issue thus far.

The problem is not dealership, it's MItz! They got the inspection result from Hilley Mitz (damn spy), and my record shows there are couple modifications on my car, they even didn't review it again, they just ask the service manager of the Hilley Mitz. They told me they will send my file to Don Davis Mitz (the one I went to for the rear shock problem) and my car will be inspected again. But I didn't get any phone call from Don Davis Mitz, I called Mitz back yesterday, they told me the service manager of the Hilley Mitz confirmed the result as before. That's bxxlSxxt! They even took pix when I went back to Hilley Mitz because of noise of front end. Well, I'm thinking about taking of all the aftermarket parts before go to dealership, but I got intake, strut bar, slotted rotor, rims, exhaust, taillights at that time....and Hilley Mitz took pix (are they working for FBI or something like that?)!!
Now, I can't do any warrenty service from any dealship in US, cause my warrenty was took off from Mitz....I'm wondering that they siad we can't change rims to different size, but why they sell aftermarket rims in thier parts dept. and even equipping it to the new car they are selling!!! That doesn't make any sense to me!! I have to said....I won't trust the warrenty service from Mitz again, even they provide 10 years 100,000 miles!! (personal opinion)

That's really odd. I'm wondering if that's just with that dealership still, because the dealership I went too took no such pictures of my car (at least not that I know of). I know the service departments are full of crap though. The service manager told me if I didn't get my oil changed at the dealership they could revoke my warranty. I told him he was full of s*** to his face and have never gone back to the service department. Guess I will see once I take the car in for the strange rattle coming from under the car. I really don't care about the rattle, but now I am interested in testing the warranty and dealership service department.
