N/A Lancer SET UP
It's really hard to tell how much hp and torque you will get. Nobody really knows how well mod A will work with mod B and then you throw in all the other variables. I would simply go as far as saying that the RMR rally lancer dynoed at 145 hp (not positive if that's at the wheels or not), naturally aspirated. Knowing they are a top company, I would say that's about as good as you can get going n/a, although they built it to SCCA rules, so there might be a thing or two they couldn't do.
Ok so what if I'll get the same setup as Stumpy221? + non-intercooled turbo kit from rrm?
How much HP???
Would it be worth it?
Then I can go farther with IC?
I'm just kind of unhappy with Lancer being so dang slow.
Well maybe not as slow, it supposed to have 120hp (in the crank).
but on the dyno it has only 102hp so what caunts is the wheel power.

For serious gains, you gotta go the forced induction route as urbanknioght said.. The N/A route is gonna end real soon, as I am sure the MIVEC will take over the lead as the top tunable engine in the non-EVO class (and I doubt one can be fit into the 2002-2003 Lancer without many costly modifications).. I can't say that for sure, but I am pretty certain of it.
if you go all N/A with everything meaning you get everything you need what is the max horsepower you can possibly get? Anyone know?

I think it was Ntrance999 or someone.. he had a non-i/c RRM turbo kit with RRM headers test pipe and exhaust set to 5psi.. he had an automatic.. and he got about 174 whp i think... i'm pretty sure the thread is still here somewhere i had it before.. Also.. someone had the RRM non-ic kit set to 6 psi with RRM header + Test Pipe + N1 cat-back exhaust and he ran a 14.6 on the 1/4.. its posted somewhere here.. i've been searching this forum for so long and i'm still figuring my set-up..
Currently.. i have the non-i/c turbo kit set to 5psi with headers and testpipe... no exhaust yet.. i just rewrapped my pipes with thermotech cool it wrap and replaced some of my gaskets etc. etc. *(had some problems with the extreme heat and no heatshield on the RRM header)
however.. let me tell you.. i dont exactly know what type of power i'm putting down.. but lets just say.. i can beat my friends celica GTS.. i've beaten an eclipse GS-T... RSX-S.. a whole bunch of b-series hatches, crx's, civics... The turbo kit is definately worth the money if you're looking for power..

dude, if you cant decide on which way you wanna go start workin on suspension. that is THE MOST fun you can have with this car IMO. get a nice set of tires, some light rims, and whatever else you can afford. the corners i take in my car are just AMAZING. sooo much more fun than straight line racing.
i think the fastest n/a Lancer is mid 15's....however...he's spent a lot...
if u want just a little more power, just get intake/header/exhaust and throttle body and piggyback...thats about $1.5k
intake is like $30 on ebay
header is $300~
exhaust is $300~500
RRM has the Throttle Body and Piggyback but i dont know the prices...but they aren't a dime a dozen...

Who is that?
the fastest I have heard of is like a 16.0XXX
There is no one in the 15's with a N/A non mivec engine.
