I am not sure if this is appropriate for this topic as my car is only a 1.8lt Lancer versus your 2.lt Lancer but this is some of the work that I have done to my car and the results have been very pleasing I have got the RPW headers race design mandrel bent @ 21/4" - big flow cat convertor with cannon zorst cold air induction kit with restrictor plate removed and K&N pod mounted behind front bar 55 mm T/B and port matched intake RPW stage 1 cam and an adjustable cam gear a rising fuel pressure regulator with a GReddy E manage to look after the timing ect and a modiied air flow meter - which is absolutly amazing as it has cleaned up the power curve and it idles like a stock car but takes off like a shot my best time so far is 15.646sec @89mph I am looking at racing with my new setup and tune in a few weeks time and I am expecting better results looking at 15.4 - traction permitting all of the work and parts are from RPW

point being is that there is hope for these cars you just have to stick to a plan and my next plan is to add a stage 2 cam valve springs injectors and LSD and looking at 145hp+ and 14.8sec 1/4
