where should i mount my in dash monitor

I just picked up the lower din mount and i'm undecided about where to mount my TV in the upper din or the lower din since its' face is not detachable. I've got a cda 7897 in the stock radio location now and the screen is a CVA 1005 any pictures of current setups would help too the tuner part of this thing has a crap load of wires to hide so i'll probrably mount it under the passenger seat or in the trunk

i have mine in the upper din. it isn't illegal in colorado unless you have a moving picture visible to the driver while on the road. i play videos all the time and have never had any cop trouble. remember to bypas the DVD players e-brake switch just ground it out.
