um..how bout read the manual... Look up Bulb replacement...

Beware of "hid intesity" halogen headlights.. A lot of them are too high wattage and will melt your headlight harnesses. Sylvania Silverstars are whiter and brighter than stock, PIAA are the best in my opinion, but expensive... Beware of the 95 watt headlights...

Hey dailylancer...I have an extra set of the Phoenix Digital 9007 Style. I ordered two pairs on accident. They are model PD166. They are Super Plasma Xenon bulbs...they are not blue tinted...they are just an extreme white. They are 80watt / 4300k. And from what I noticed, they get no hotter than the stock Halogens. I would be willing to sell them for $8 Plus shipping. PM if interested!

if you want a real blue or birght white or purple, you will be spending about 500$ to get a conversion, otherwise just get some piaas or silverstars bc the others will probly melt ur harness or worse

i'm using 110w 4500k bulbs in my car. i've been using them for over a year now, and NO problems at all. my only advice is to use a good brand/company.

I've used PIAA Xtreme White headlight bulbs and they're ultra bright white with very little blue tint to them. I had one of the low beams burn out on me after about 6 months though, and that's an expensive bulb to burn out ($70).

Now I'm using Nokya Stage 2 Arctic White bulbs which were half the cost of the PIAAs. They're a very noticeable blue tint and I've had them in for 2 months so far with no burning out of either the bulbs or the harnesses themselves, although Nokya makes a harness for their bulbs since they do run at a much higher wattage than stock.

As for the fender lights (you mean side turn signals?), they're 194 wedge bulbs. If these aren't the ones you're talking about, there's an entire thread stickied on the different bulbs the Lancer uses. I have PIAA LEDs and although I went with the white color (other options are blue/white and blue) they're definitely purple at night.

I have pics in my registry of the bulbs for reference.

Ive got 80/85 watt purple tint ones and they still look purple and haven't melted the harness or browned the lenses in a little over a year.

So away from headlights and back on to sidemarker (fender) light bulbs. The lights you want are either called Superwhite or Hyper White. I got mine from Canadian Tire (Simular to Pep Boys) they are APC.

The Fender Lights and the Cornor Lights are #50.4099.B 194 Bulb
and the Front/Rear Signals and the Reverse lights are # 50.4018.B 1156 Bulb

For the front signals you have to lightly file the tabs on the bulb to get them to go. Not all the way but a little bit.
