I am running the Nitto 555 on 17's ... Got to say... I love these tires. On the track I have had my OZ up over 110 (took pic to prove it). Now I do have RRM bars on front and rear, plus progress anti-sway... Car handles great. So for my 2 cents... though the car is not designed to run at 100+, with about ~$300 in mods, plus good tires (most important) you should fine. I do have to agree with the majority here, obey the speed laws!!!

I've had my OZ over 120 and didn't fear at all Front splitter, front and rear strut bars and Proxes FZ4s at the time. I routinely bump 100 and with my current setup I just want more!!

But you're not asking about handling, you're asking about high speed stability. Progres springs and better tires will help with that. For handling you need to upgrade to coilovers and higher-quality dampers..

Oh yeah, and a good alignment. Have your alignment checked, and make sure you have something like 1/2 toe in, that should be stable at 90+

It's an extension of the front lip that acts like a wing. It forces air up into the radiator and creates a bit of vacuum under the car, which "sucks" the car down improving traction. Check my registry for a pic.

Same deal with my 95 maxima, just slapped on some conti's and I can hit 100+ if I wanted to, but the car sucks so I just cruise at 65mph on the highway. Do the tires first.

I have a 2002 OZ and at school I'm in the country and i buried the needle on my car and all i have is an exhaust and the new triple tread tires. I do have a lot of open road an i don't recommend trying it at home. Not the smartest thing I've done, but it was fun and scary.

And to clarify, I beleve Urban's saying 1/2 degree of toe in (that's neg toe, right?). I bring this up because a lot of shops are still assuming every car gets tuned like my buddy's 69 Nova and will try to give you 1/2 inch of toe.... which is WAY too much and will shread your tires before you get out of the parking lot

I'm not sure, to tell you the truth. I just know that when my alignment guy set mine up for autocross, he gave me 5/16 I never bothered to ask if it was inches or degrees, I'm pretty sure it wasn't mm since he's a true blue American Mustang boy
