i have the rmr lip type one but i am waiting to install it with my intercooler. along the bottom in the center there are a bunch of holes for it to bolt to the car, did you not use them?

 

as for the tails...do what others said bout resealing it...and for the lip...take it off...use 3m tape (new) and get it rivited by a body shop...this way u have 3m tape *fresh* so it wont move as much...and for better security u got rivits...and for the "L"...u can debadge it...easy way out
