Try using a heat gun or your oven to soften the glue. Pry them apart and reseal. Also, you may have gotten water in them through another way other than the seal. Take out the taillight, remove all the light bulbs and leave the taillight in your house for 24 hours. Maybe speed up the drying out process using a hairdryer. This will eliminate any moisture still in the taillight.

after you try what Z Lancer Man suggested, I've also read peeps on here using aquarium silicone glue, or something like that to seal them up as well.

I have the same problem, i have tyc tails and my driver side has leaked and builds nasty condensation. What if you just loosened it up and got some of that aqaurium glue and kinda spread it on the seal? then just pull a bulb and hit it with a hairdryer to dry it..
