How to remove dome light

eh...my experience with the colored bulbs is that they're not all that great. I used to have a blue one and it emitted almost no light. I couldnt find anything at night inside the car.

i knw this sounds stupid but are there any different types of colored bulbs tht are brighter?(like comparing neon tubes with l.e.d. tubes)

yes. i used to have a PIAA bulb that was super white or something and it was REALLY bright.

4 bulb? does it fit directly in or do u have to mod it a lil to make it work?

Yea, my whole unit dropped out of the headliner. My car however is being worked on so I can't get it back up, but yeah like everybody else said just pry the plastic cover off "gently"

wht does everyone think about painting the surround part of the dome light black? i have a thundergray oz and have already paintd the "oh ****" handles black

Here is the dome light from Z Lancer Man, It is pretty bright, the one i had on previous was a lil brighter but that was hyper blue so it was whiteish, i prefer this one.

looks good... i went to advance auto 2 get it 2nite but the only one they had was like twice the size so no light as of yet
