RRM SS Clutch Line Help

Can anyone give me some help on installing the RRM SS clutch line on an 04 ES? I looked over the RA how-to for it and nothing looks the same under there. Maybe I'm crazy but it doesn't look too similar. And it's too cold to just go fool around with it right now.

After looking at the RA how-to's pictures I realize we don't have the same hard lines. I got my old line off and the RRM line on. I'm hoping this still feels as great as the RA guys say their's do. Anyone with an ES do this yet?

I sent mine back because I didn't think it fit. After talking to RRM, I realized that the problem was my stupidity.

i am curious how to bleed it as well. I am waiting to install mine. Did you try to bleed it the same way as the write up says to for the ralliart?

Yeah I'm trying to. Fluid is coming out and everything, it just seems to no do any good. Just went and got some brake fluid because a few people said after adding it a big bubble came up and the bleeding was almost done. I just poured some in and a lot of air came out of the reservoir so I am hoping this will work. I'll let you know.

Ok the bleeding really isn't that hard. I think I was just opening the bleeder valve way too much. When you bleed it, just loosen the BV, tighten it a little by hand until it is snug, then turn it back open just a little bit. It isn't hard I ended up bleeding it myself this morning. Just took a pipe and pushed the clutch down with it and jammed the other end into the front of the seat. Worked great, even better is the clutch feels awesome now. It still goes all the way to the floor but engages like an inch from the stopper. It was a little weird at first to shift but so was the short shifter after I installed it.

Hey can you do a writeup on that install.. I took a look at it today and that bolt is buried behind the brake master cylinder. How did you get to it.

The line you are referring to is the upper line and is sold by Works. The RRM line replaces the lower hard line. Look in the Works vendor section or no their website.

I bought it from here:
http://www.boneheadperformance.com/e...lutchlines.htm

I just installed it today and it fits fine and it replaces the entire rubber hose section... it is not the easiest install there is one bolt that is difficult to reinstall. I know a trick to doing it though.
