first question would be, why would you want to do this anyways? for more wheel options?

i think there is a way, perhaps swapping parts from a ralliart (those are 5 lug, huh?)

you also have to think...it is not just as simple as changeing the lug pattern...you have to think about your brakes so they would have to be replaced as well because your rotors and drums both share the same pattern for your lugs

the only reason why i would want to swap to 5 lug is because a lot of lightweight wheels are five lug. i'd like to get volks but they only make the models i like in 5 lug

but would you justify spending over $1000 to get all the proper parts you need to do a full front and rear replacement of your brakes and wheel mounting hardware just so you can buy Volks??

there are plenty of light waight 4 lug rims out there...you just have to look past what you see on every car in all the "fad" import mags

yeah, thats true, although, there could be other doors opened when you move up to 5 lug pattern. for instance (as is already pointed out) larger selection in wheels, but also disc brakes (front and back, which means drum to disc conversion for the rears), and we wouldn't be stuck with wilwood big brake kits if we wanted to go larger, we would have alot more options

There are lug adapters available online/Ebay for 4x114.3 to 4x100 conversions. Or 4x114.3 to any 5 lug... You'll just have to look! Problem with is that it'll through your rims and inch out and cuz abnormal wear to your wheels bearings and the knuckles. Trust me, I did my research!

For the longest time I was looking at the 4x100 TO 4x114.3 conversion adapters for use with the stock OZs on my Civic. Decided that I'd not risk my life or others with a hunk of aluminum between the hubs and wheels!

What about grabbing a set of hubs off a junk'd Ralliart? Possible fitment? I know I coulda used older Accord hubs to get me the 4x114.3 that I needed...

No, I've looked into that. Best bet would be to use RA or evo front hubs and for the rear use ra or outlander hubs. You would probably have to redrill the rear e brake cover to 5 lug and you would have to get a set of rotors, which I want to say the eclipse rs and gs from 95 to 99 might be the key. I'm working on gathering the parts now

No need to re-drill the for the e-brake in the rear. You just need to get the left and right backing plates from the Ralliart to mount the calipers in back. You also need the left and right e-brake cables from the Ralliart. I'm in the process of doing the swap right now. The last of my parts will be arriving at Mitsu later today. I'll be running a Wilwood setup up front and Ralliart calipers in the rear under 16" wheels.
