It simple, just go from the Negative Terminal down to the top of the Tranny.
Theres a bolt you can see there, just use that spot.

Neg. Terminal.

Look down right behind the Battery/under the Intake Pipe area.
Youll see the top of the Tranny.

Use that spot.

I once went too far with Grounding ****, and I had problems as most will tell you... I went beyond the common Ground points (which I shouldve just stuck with the basic) so word of advice: DO NOT GROUND THE EXHAUST!!!
Yes, WRC Does it... but We're not WRC Cars
Other than that... its pretty simple. If you have any questions, just ask anyone here and you shouldnt go wrong.

CityKnight, Where did you get that filter on your valve cover? Is that basicly just for looks or does that benefit the engine in any way?

U can get the filter anywhere. They are called Breathers... Go to Autozone, Pepboys, or your local performance shop. The all carry them. Different styles and colors too!

It benefits looks and performance. You just replace the tubing that runs from the intake to the gasket insert. put a breather on the gasket like the picture above and another on the other end from where the tubing was removed. i believe right between the MAF and the TB.

I've been reading some posts and some people have said that the breather on the CAI after the MAF sensor is a bad idea because it is air not measured by MAF. I also heard it is good if you have CAI becuase you can get air if your CAI is under water. I also read that breather is bad because the car runs lean. So what is the scoop on the breather? Is it good, bad or what?

there's nothing wrong with running lean. Plus, my car is N/a, all i have is the intake and an exhaust. If that's true, i'm probably running moderately lean.. but not too lean.

I haven't had any problems.

How long have you had the breather on your intake?

My thinking was that the intake would only draw a certain amount of air through that weather it was dirty air from the engine or cleaner air from the breather. Either way it isnt drawing more air than it would normaly so why would it be lean. I read on another thread that one of the evolved members damaged there rods and pistons from running lean but that was because he had a leak from improperly installing the intake manifold.

Anyway, I didnt want to damage my car so I took both of the breathers I had on off. I just was wondering what the technical concensus is on breathers.
